Dark Inventions collaborate on AHRC project

From Score to Sound

Dark Inventions are working as a major partner on an AHRC-funded cultural engagement project at the Contemporary Music Research Centre, University of York.

‘From Score to Sound: engaging audiences with new music’ brings Discovery Days to York, Huddersfield and London. Martin Scheuregger – Dark Inventions co-director and Research Fellow at the University of York – will guide audiences through some examples of British contemporary music, highlighting ways in which it is written and how it can be heard.

The ensemble will deliver a full programme of contemporary British music and will also help create online resources as part of the project. Read more on the Score to Sound project page.
